ELECTRO-MECHANICAL TECHNICIAN

Industrial machinery repair and rebuilding company seeks qualified candidate for electrical and mechanical service to metalworking and industrial/production machinery.

Desired candidate will have experience with installation and troubleshooting of industrial motor controls, relay logic, and PLC systems. Must be able to read, interpret, and write wiring schematics and ladder diagrams. Experience with or knowledge of hydraulic/pneumatic systems is strongly desired.

Hours of operation are Monday-Friday, 7:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. Desired candidate must possess a valid IL driverís license and carry his/her own tools. Location of operations is based in Geneva, Illinois.

MACHINIST MECHANIC

Seeking Experienced Machinist with experience in Disassembly and reassembly, repair, and fabrication of metal parts using manual machine shop equipment such as lathes, mills, Bridgeport Mills, grinders etc. We are looking for an experienced machinist and/or mechanic for repair and maintenance ofmetalworking and industrial machinery. We troubleshoot and repair hydraulic and pneumatic systems. We repair machines such as punch presses, pressbrakes, shears, and feeds.

Essential Job Duties
  • Set up and Use lathes, mills, grinders and other hand tools/manual machinery. Operate a variety ofmachine tools to produce/reproduce precision metalworking parts for punch presses, brakes, clutch assemblies.
  • Fabricate, modify, or repair mechanical components for punch presses, shears per provided samples or drawings.
  • Apply knowledge ofmechanics, shop mathematics, metal properties, layout, and machining procedures
  • Perform a variety oftasks using precision measuring devices: micrometers
  • Operate machine shop equipment: milling machines, lathes, shears, grinders, saws, and welders
Desired candidate will have previous hands-on experience with hydraulic machinery systems.

There is NO CNC machining in this facility.

Our company troubleshoots and repairs industrial machinery, mainly metalworking machines. We repair clutches and brakes, crankshafts and bearings.

We have been serving the American manufacturing industry for over 30 years.
